Bad Customer Service

Sanlam is the worst, they don't care about they're clients I made a withdrawal as I got retrenched from my fund. It's been 3 months. It's outrageous on the website they say 21 days worst case scenario. It's easy for you guys to take the money but give it back is a problem. And all I hear week in week out is I'm sorry
