Bad customer service and delivery

I went to festival mall assupol yesterday 2022/10/05 around 8:45 in the morning.I believe I was number 2 on the que after opening to make a cash withdrawal coz I really needed the money urgently but 24hours later I haven't received a single text to acknowledge my application or ever visiting the branch. I have visited this branch before all I can say everytime I go there is like those consultants are doing us a favor to serve us,at some point I end going to Pretoria head office or other branch to submit claims while staying in Kempton park to avoid their stinking attitudes they have zero customer service at this branch this is not my first complain about them and nothing is done I don't if if this consultants are doing what assupol trained them or is only at this branch because I never expirence this kind of bad attitude from other branch but this Kempton park festival mall. I don't want to lie everytime I have to vist this branch I pray first or fast they treat me nice n I never received a good service like other branches or other companies
