Bad customer service

I regret the day I made a choice to join this insurance company, I'm so angry and frustrated with them and I have still not received any assistance or feedback. I took out this insurance for 3 family members when my father in law died I sent the documents to remove him from the policy since his 6 months waiting period was not over. Till today that hs not happened I'm still paying for a dead person, and guess what when I call to enuire they tell me only 2 ppl were covered I have sent all relevant documents and fought countless times and I'm still not, getting any joy. Trust me if, there was a way I would, report and close u down, for ***** because that is exactly what u are, doing..... All I want is my money for all months I paid and cancel ur so called policy.
