Bad customer care by assupol
I just want to share bad customer care at Assupol.The turn around time for claims is so long that one is not updated as to when to receive money.I have a claim which took long to be processed .It has now 6 days versus their claim that they pay within 24 hours .so whatchout .Their system is so slow .when u call they tell u about systems .i m so tired and diagrungked
