Bad client service at Sanlam

Sanlam client services at the Sanlam in Portshepstone dip Spar staff isn’t doing their job properly Last week Monday my mother went to request a payout for money that was supposed to be used to pay our registration. That lady (Lucia) said that all process will take 2/3 business days it’s been over a week and the money is needed for registration she is going through Corners now.
