BAD BAD SERVICE

I had previously requested a payment break of 3 months on my 2 X Sanlam Plan\ policy.
the first debit order was suppose to resume end of October 2016. The Debit order went through and an amount of R2073.52 was deducted from my account instead of R800 and something on the 25 October 2016. I called Sanlam offices on the 25 October 2016 requesting for an explanation. I spoke to one of the consultants that told me that there was an error on their side and therefore the extra amount debited from my account will be refunded to me by Friday 28 October 2016. to my surprised that amount was never returned to me. on Sunday 30 October 2016 I disputed the debit order as Sanlam was not considering to pay me back my refund nor communicate with me. now recently i received letters from Sanlam advising me that they have temporarily stopped my payments or something of that sort. and that they tried to email me but could not reach me, ***! i send thyem an email, why ddint they just hit reply on the same email. its almost 4 weeks now, this people have my contat details, why havent they called me yet? why sent funny letters? this is a disgrace, a shame, i cannot call SANLAM, as i dont have airtime to spend more than 20 minutes on the phone and still not get help
