Bad attitude from Ntokozo Khumalo at Kosi bay branch (eManguzi)

Ntokozo Khumalo has bad attitude, I went to the branch to submit the documents for the claim and I asked him if I can send my aunt with the id to check whether the claim has been processed or not as I won't be around and he said it's fine . Today my aunt went into the branch to check and Ntokozo gave her attitude. Saying he's not going to help her whereas I asked him when I visited the branch and agreed that he can check for her. He is very unfriendly with *** attitude he must learn to respect old people and not talk to them like some fools.
