I wrote an e-mail on the 24 May 2018 regarding a change of banking details. I specifically indicated that I have two products with Sanlam. For some reason only the life cover debited from my new account and the funeral cover debited from my old account. This caused a real inconvenience for me because I did not have sufficient funds in my old account and have now incurred bank charges for that. How do you split debit orders for an individual customer? I am really disappointed.

A representative from Sanlam Sky made contact with you on several occasions but could only get hold of you once. You requested a call back but you did not answer. She left a message with her contact details.
