BAD

So here we are again....

Today is the 4th of April.... The last answer i got was on a reply saying Coperate will contact me about my moms pension fund.... And still no feed back about the life policy.... The claim for my moms pension fund was approved and we had recieved our letters on the 1st of March to sign and to send it back.... If all 3 siblings approved then the payment can be proceed... After my brother send his letter back there were alot off different answers.... They told me they will proceed with the payment and for my sister they told her first they need the documents again and the last time it was something about SARS... If you call them they keep putting you on hold and if you dont contact them you wont get any feedback.... So yesterday i went to my advocate... He called them and the lady he spoked with told him they are busy to proceed with the payments i told my sister to call them and see what answer she is getting and again they told her different story.... Are you guys lying to my advocate or to my sister? And please i dont want to hear again its send to Coperate.... We have waited so long for the claim to be approved and now we are waiting for more then a month for the payments of the pension fund
