Back Pay not actioned as promised.

I was promised back pay at the end of August which I have not received and no communication. I don't even want to bother to call because I know no one will be able to assist me, because the emails don't have signatures so that we know who sent what. I am highly disappointed after all my efforts of communicating with their team.
