Back pay
I was promised that after 5 years of paying my premiums that I would get back pay. I've been with sanlam for nearly 10 years. I've never received a call let alone back pay but my premiums increase every year.

25 Feb 2021, 22:13The last time I was there, the consultant was vague and rude. She was not interested in what I had to say and from that point on I stayed away because I did not want to go to jail.

26 Feb 2021, 17:36It seems I was sold bull***t at sanlam and what I signed 11 years ago and what I was told today are not the same thing. I am disgusted and disappointed but it's fine. I want my policy cancelled as soon as possible. I will give my money to someone else.
