Awaiting Trial

Non payment on policy and I am forever contacting them. Sanlam has to date not contact me at all. I understand that there are difficulties but keeping in contact is not a big issue for your clients. I was told again today that the person responsible for my request will contact me and still nothing. Numerous emails have been sent asking for a update but no one seems to care nor answer. All I am asking for is a update on my request please. Nobody seems to know anything
