Avoid Sanlam Gap Cover at all costs. Complete ****!

To anyone considering taking out a Sanlam Gap Cover policy, think twice. The only guarantee you get with these policies is that they will always find a way to not pay your claim. And good luck trying to get any form of reason for their rejections. All your get is the standard, this is not covered under your policy. I have submitted numerous claims and am yet to have 1 paid. Every single one is rejected. The only thing Sanlam is good at is finding excuses on why they cant pay. Oh and of course debiting your monthly fee, they very good at that too. Their cover is an absolute **** and despite submitting all the required documentation you just get rejection after rejection. Whats the point of gap cover if non of the surplus you have to pay out of your pocket is covered. Its a guarantee that I will be cancelling my policy immediately and never dealing with Sanlam again.
