Avoid Sanlam
Sanlam is utterly ridiculous, I am on hold for more than an hour, can't get through, sent emails no response, try WhatsApp then WhatsApp is too busy, I'm only looking for my policy number and I have to go through all this trouble just to get it. Disgusting.
