Avoid Assupol policies

I submitted a claim on the 31st of August 2021, I received a call today advising that the claim is still with validations. The lady who was doing the validation advised me that she was drafting the report on Tuesday already and confirmed that she would be submitting the report to Assupol and it won't take long till I receive feedback. Till today no feedback has been received apart from the fact that the claim is with validations and has been selected for audit. Don't buy from Assupol, the money went to the grave with Bra Hugh. I personally don't wish to deal with them again after this.
