Assupol’s Terrible service and communication

I’m getting the absolute worst service from Assupol.

I submitted my maturity claim form, 3 weeks later not a single acknowledgement of my submission. When I phone I get sent from pillar to post. They say you must wait 7-10 working days till payout but it’s been well over that. They promise to reply within 3hrs of receiving your mail, still I don’t have an update or payout. Hate it!
