Assupol - worst service
Assupol has the worst service ever. They dont get back to their customers as promised, and they dont follow up on their queries. I am still waiting for my refund after 14 days and was told it will be done between 7 -14 days. My policy information was captured wrong after claiming for my mom's death now they promise to call me back everytime I call them. Everyone has their own version on explanation ...just pathetic
