Assupol worst company when it comes to funeral policies they will pay you late
If you want peace of mind when planning for a funeral never use Assupol they are unreliable when you submit claims they pay very late,they don't inform you if they have received your claim they keep quiet.Port Shepstone Branch is the worst I have used them to submit my claim firstly it was in 2016 the money was deposited on Monday after the funeral now I went on Tuesday to make a claim no communication has been received tomorrow is Friday how am I supposed to pay for funeral.
