Assupol won't pay on time

Assupol is taking their own precious time to pay me time I don't have. In their adverts they're selling lies they tell people they pay within 48hours, I send my documents 4 days ago. I'm the one calling each time I call they tell you they send an email to claims department and there's a backlog. The agent I spoke to left me on the line as knew it was time for them to close. So now I'm no use to them when they supposed to pay me I'm so not happy with their services I have a funeral to arrange, how am I gonna do that without money. Each time I tell them I want my money they tell me about emails. This is so frustrating
