Assupol we must not only think about commission but let's also respect the customers rights

I join assupol life cover on the 19th of April 2021 with one of their agent after on the 22nd of April 2021 I send a message to the agent to ask him to put my life cover on hold for some personal reasons, he agreed but unfortunately he did proceed with the life cover on the 11th of may when I get to my Persal I can see that the life cover deducted from my salary, I call him again the very same time we agree to me to cancel it so that next month it doesn't deduct now is difficult for me to meet the guy,he just saying tomorrow, and now he is ignoring me and it's my right to continue or if I choose to stop he must respect that.i don't want this policy anymore and it's my right no one must force me.
