Assupol Unpaid Life Cover
I, Mr Dominic Masibi the widower to my late wife Mrs Tankiso Theodorah Hlahane-Masibi submited a life cover claim in January 2021. I was instructed to submit all the medical reports documents at Maponya mall branch which I did, was then told my claim would be paid within 6 months until now nothing has happened after doing all the follow ups. Claim number: ALI*** I'm totally unhappy with the service from Assupol having to cover all the monthly premiums by my late wife without missing a single payment.
