Assupol unfair cancelation of 20 years policy

In December 2023 I went to cancel my policy then I told the rep that I do not know my policy number but she must keep the one that deduct R498 and cancel the other 2 policies , the guy gave me paper for cancellation and i sign but in January I noticed that he cancel the wrong policy , I went to the Assupol offices they told me they never reinstate my policy it is my fault mind this policy I paid for 20 years now it is gone I wrote to Assupol they never attend to my complaint
