Assupol *****ulent policy

Being a government worker is a curse we have go around always doing affidavits for these funeral policy companies every year...On my payslip there is a policy from this company Assupol I called and checked what was happening because I saw a policy that I did not sign for on my paysli and ask that lady to cancel it and now I have to follow all these steps of filling in forms and affidavit I was my refund and that policy to be canceled
