Assupol the ****

My mother since submitted a claim on behalf of his late brother in August 2025 till to date no payout, instead each time we go enquire about the progress we told there's no submitted documents, we have submitted the documents 4 times already and still no payout.They debited without fail on my uncle's account and now that it's time to pay Assupol is dragging it's feet, we'll I guess Its time to consult an Ombudsman. With all this drama I canceled my policies with Assupol and I'm planning to advice my family and friends to do so because Assupol is a ****.
