Assupol terrible customer service (Mduduzi)

I'm so disappointed with the service I received from a consultant that me on the 25 June 2020 15:30pm his name is Mduduzi. I requested a call back from assupol because I'm interested in taking a cover for my father.. The representative was so rude and unprofessional and he dropped the call on my ear.. I told him that it's inconvenient for me to talk at the moment but I'm very interested in the cover and asked to be called later. He told me "it's not his responsibility to call me back since I'm the one looking for the cover". I'm so disappointed with the service he provided it was terrible.
