Assupol sucks

I wish I can give Assopol zero but I have to give them 1 in order to be able to write my disappointment on them. I took Assopol long time ago and the have been deducting from my salary (persal). Earlier this year I was advised by a friend to check on the deduction nd confirm because of the known ****s . I noticed assupol nd other companies ,I sent them emails to be sent the details of the policies...by the way I just needed to be reminded nd confirm . Assopol did nt respond others they did nd really I confirmed they were correct .I tried to call Assopol but they unreachable till today when I requested a quote then they quickly call then I requested to be transfered to client service ........I had to be patient nd wait for minutes then they told me my policy is having an outstanding premium of 2018 ....How because they deduct from my salary the answer I got is persal did nt deposit money to them on 2018 just imagine today its November 2022.
