Assupol service is pathetic!!!
The service is pathetic. I have sent trhough documents on the 16th of January for a maturity claim. As of yet I have not received any feedback or confirmation of my claim forms. I have sent numerous emails and phoned numerous times, without anyone being able to assist me. It is getting beyond ridiculous!!
