Assupol refusing to payout a Life policy.

I'm currently experiencing extremely bad service from Assupol. I submitted the necessary documents to claim my late wife's life policy, only to realise that there was a typing error on one of the medical documents. I went to get those documents amended but still I am being given a run around by Assupol, despite confirmation from the medical doctor's. I'm very disappointed with Assupol's service!
