Assupol refuses to refund my money that they wrongly debited.

Assupol life compaints department ****,My account was debited on the 15th,and I am getting paid on the 27th,so the date of the 15th was decided for me by the staff member who completed my application form after I specified i get paid in the 27th right.So first of all I never accepted any debicheck for the 15h,how were they able to deduct?They took money from my account that doesn't even belong to me and their complaints department sends me the very same application form where their staff member made a mistake and chose the 15th for me ,saying they won't refund my money because the application form says the 15th.I never agreed on the 15th I know nothing about the 15th i want my money back and thr policy cancelled.I don't care what your application form says i don't work for Assupol.
