ASSUPOL POOR SERVICE - CANCEL MY POLICY NOW !!!

Good day

I am writing this with a heavy heart, i have initially requested that all my policies with Assupol be cancelled and i received confirmation that they are cancelled. However my one policy was reinstated without me accepting. They have since then wanted to debit against my bank since September, now they saying my policy is in arrears R380.38. Please cancel my policy with immediate effect as i had not given consent for any Reinstatement.
