I would like to take this opportunity to say Thank you for recruiting capable, compassionate and caring staff.

As a policy holder I came across some rather concerning reviews on the website 'hello Peter'

Which subsequently lead to me contacting your head office seeking clarity and as a result a lady named 'Jacolien Potgieter' from the claims department contacted me to reassure me that cases are dealt with on an individual basis/circumstances and that doesn't necessarily mean the cases are treated the same.

Her conduct was nothing short of amazing, professional, informative and patient.
