Assupol not paying the policy money for the burial

We recently lost our uncle and Assupol is giving us hustles with the money for the burial,we have been going to their offices sinnce monday but they still havent paid us the monies.The funeral was planned for today thursday the 14th and because they did not deliver whay they promise on we had to tell people that we have postponed to friday,today at this time they still have not given us the money for the burial,how are we supposwd to bury our loved one without the money that we never even at once skip a payment,why must we suffer for their unprofessional way of conducting business,this is very stressful to the family ,we are dissappointed in their service,such a big company they are busy making empty promises to its customers,somebody needs to help us today,now
