Assupol not cancelling my policy. I demand debit fees

It's so annoying that every month I have to deal with this, I got an email that my policy hasn't been ****in cancelled and I have been asking almost every day that please cancel my policy for months now. Today I got debited and declined because I transferred all my money from my cheque acc to my savings account as I knew that assupol has the most *********** people now im busy paying for charges I don't know because of the decline.
