Assupol - NEVER JOIN THIS USELESS COMPANY

I have put through a death claim on the 22nd March 2022 and before I submitted the claim I contacted assupol to find out when will be the pay out because the funeral is on the 26th March 2022. The lady that answered told me it will take 24/48 hours. Till to date I have not received a payment

I phoned on the 24th after to follow up the consultant told me she does not know why the payment was not made and advise she will send a mail to the claims department and she promised someone will call me from claims, of which no one did

On the 22nd still I wrote to *** to find out why Im not paid after 48 hours.. I got no response

I further phoned on the 29th the lady told me the claim is with the auditor and again the lady told me someone will phone from the claims department.. and guess what NO ONE PHONED

I phoned again today.. the lady told me the verification with the auditor will take 7 days and she asked if i RECEIVED A CALL from the auditor... I told her I did not

THE PERSON I COVERED WHICH IS MY COUSIN WAS BURIED LAST WEEKEND AND I DID NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS HER BURIAL AS ASSUPOL DID NOT PAY OUT THE MONEY IN 24/48 HOURS THEY PROMISED ME FOR

Mind you My policy is up to date but assupol has HURT ME IN A MANNER THAT I WILL NEVER FORGET.. imagine i took this policy in 2016 if my memory serves me well

IM GOING TO CANCEL ALL MY EXISTING POLICIES WITH THIS USELESS COMPANY

ON THIS NOTE I WANT MY MONEY BY LATEST TOMORROW OTHERWISE IM GOING THE LEGAL ROOT
