Assupol must fall

I'm very disappointed in assupol and would not advice anyone to take a policy with them..i claimed and after claiming they asked for proof of payments for the funeral wwhich i sent to them..after that i had to make endless calls with their *********** consultants who seemed not to know what they were doing and kept passing the bug and sent me from pillar to post..they finally paid not even half of the money into a bank account which I don't even know and nobody is taking responsibility for that I'm going up and down with no answers...
