Assupol ****med Me

I opened 2 Funeral Policies with Assupol with an extra benefits of catering, which I paid for too. Then on the 16th of April 2024, I made a claim to both of the policies and only recieved a payout of one policy on different days and it was the second policy that paid out R4000 instead of R5000 of the package. The first ever policy that I made with Assupol has never paid in full as the total amount is R9000, I have not recieved the catering funds till to date which amounts to R4000. I am utterly disgusted with the service that I recieved from the company and its lack of service. Their actions are totally unacceptable as I was and still going through a hard time of dealing with the situation that caused me to not do a proper send off to my father. I will never open another policy with Assupol nor recommend it as they proved that they lie and are highly ***********. I would like to receive all the funds as soon as possible and to deal with this matter promptly cause the representatives have been sending me pillar to post, wasting more of my hard earned money.
