ASSUPOL MAKING ********** DEDUCTIONS ON MY PERSAL

********** deductions is coming off directly from my salary, and indicated on my Payslip, and i have never been a customer with Assupol. and yet they have all my details. This started in Jan 2019 already, i informed my HR that these deductions on my Persal for the past months are unauthorized, and be cancelled as i have no dealings, or policies, signed contracts with Assupol as i have never been a customer, i dont even know how they got all my details. However even though the deductions stopped, till now i have not been reimbursed for the money that was deducted. AND NOW THIS MONTH ON MY PAYSLIP AGAIN THERE IS DEDUCTIONS FROM ASSUPOL, AS THEY STARTED THIS ***** AGAIN. I have even gone as far as contacting Assupol Head office, but to no avail. I WANT THESE DEDUCTIONS STOPPED NOW, AND I WANT ALL MY MONEY THAT WAS *******LY DEDUCTED, REFUNDED
