ASSUPOL LIFE LTD MONEY *****ER: ******

Today (15th May 2018) I received my salary and I realized that it is short with R400, I called my HR Office requesting them to check. ASSUPOL LIFE LTD AL ********** ********** 0 deducted R402.00. I last had a policy with them in 2015 or 2016 I am not even sure, It was a retirement annuity and I cancelled it. Now all of a sudden I have a FUNERAL POLICY with the family names that I don't even know. They used **** names with my surname as my family members.

I was told by a consultant that this was done by OLWETHU NOMFULANA (***** Yeses!!). Assupol how could you do this, I am NOT safe because I was once your CLIENT, now you think you can do whatever you want with my details and ***** my money.

I am very angry, I want this cancelled and I want my money back ASAP. Why must I wait for 5 to 6 weeks for the money you stole from me. I spoke to Tshepiso she said I must send my ID, Bank Statement in order for her to refund me, ofwhich the refund will only be done in 5-6 weeks and she cannot confir whether Assupol will deduct or not in June 2018, hebanna you guys are ****** hyuuuu CANCEL THIS AND PAY BACK MY MONEY. I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU.

Do something with that OLWETHU NOMFULANA, she's doing *****.
