Assupol Life Deducting premiums from payslip without permission

Assupol Life is deducting a premium directly from my payslip. This I have no knowledge of, I did not speak to any consultant from Assupol and did not take out any life insurance with them. I don't know where they got my details from and the permission to do this. I don't have any policy documents from them absolutely nothing just a shock I got to see this deduction. I have been trying to get hold of them telephonically and I get a "please hold I'll put you through to someone who is able to assist" phone keeps ringing and no one answers. This is *****!!!
