Assupol life cover not paying us

We went to assupol west gate 3 weeks ago to claim for my late mother's life cover ,even now we still waiting for the payment.Two of my siblings have not received their money since they were minors when my mother passed away ,the other one has reached 18 dats y we went to claim but nothing is happening,they are not releasing the money and she have to go back to school.We did follow up but still nothing is happening.The whole of 3 weeks still nothing.We are not happy with Assupol life cover
