Assupol is unprofessional

I canceled my policy with assupol, i had a refund that they had to pay to me, they promissed to pay within 7 working days, while waiting for my refund they continued to deduct their premium... It is now more than 20 days, still nothing has been deposited into my account. It's easy for them to deduct but very hard to refund the account they have been debting from...
