Assupol is not complying with their agreement when I took thebpolicy

My ID *** policy no ASDIR*** I have a problem with Assupol on my funeral cover, they don't send me my updated policy but they increasing my premiums every year without sending me the relevant documents. When I send them email they don't respond. I once call them and I was told that they can't open my policy and when I ask they told me the policy does not belong to me it belong to someone else's account but they taking my money and paying Duduzile Hlatdhwayos account Of which I don't know who is that person. It's been two weeks I have been doing follow up with no lucky they keep on saying they will speak to their supervisor but not getting good results from them. My question is if they debit my account where is my money credited to or they still paying Duduzile's account. Also I did not get my reward.for a 5 year cash back as per their promisef when I joined the policy. I m running to ten years now. I joined Assupol in 2015 till to date. So I would like hello Peter to assist me with this ISSUE urgently. I'm sick and tired of these people. Otherwise I will ask them to return back all.my premiums from 2015 till to date. Worse I don't even know their offices if I ask for their offices they don't even tell me their address
