We made a Death claim for my late brother on Friday ,

Today we went to do a followup and we find out that the claim was re Done on Saturday which lives us with a question how was the claim redone without our signatures , and the Turnaround time has change and the funeral is on tuesday the 14th Now we are left with no answers , because the claim was redone without us being told ,

Who were they claiming form and are going to get the money today , because the Funeral parlour charges for the extra hours
