ASSUPOL IS A *******!

Im very disappointed with assupol life insurance, their representative by the name of Godfrey, came yo my working place and gave us a presentation, i decided to take the funeral cover, the representative said to us that the insurance holder and her kids automatically qualify to be covered for accidental death benefits, he said i should only tick for extended members to add accidental extra fee which was around R4. 00. Even though i was sceptical about it, he kept on insisting that there is no need and then he opened the brochure and showed us that indeed he was correct. When my son passed away in December, in a car accident the assupol insurance refused to pay double as per agreement. I feel wrongfully done by this insurance company and never ever want to hear anything about Assupol, they have no sympathy for a mother who has lost her son!! It makes no sense why i would pay extra accidental fee for other dependents and leave myself and my own children. For God's sake the brochure even attest to what the representative told us. These people are ******** and i want everyone to know that Assupol is not to be trusted. Iam ready to take thos matter further with the Ombudsman ****** ******. I demand i get what is rightfully mine.
