Assupol is a joke of a insure
It's unspeakable how the say 48 hours turn around time, yet 3 weeks later my claim that have resubmitted for the second time is not being processed??? when you do call you are kept on hold forever. This is a joke of an insurance and the sooner people understand the better. 3 weeks later am left in debts because they have not even had the decency to call back about what is happening.

It is ridiculous and also proving that this insure only makes false claims about their turn around time. Should I not get communication I will be left with no choice but to bring the body to your offices and also apart the media about this.
For 2 hours I have been trying to call no answer, funny thing is my mom has never even missed a premium on your insurance but this is the service we get am really taking this to social media by end of day and I will make sure that who ever who I know that has a policy with you guys cancels because this is just disrespect. Nxa
