Assupol is a *****! Bring back my money!

They don't even deserve a star from me! Assupol started deducting from my salary last year I complained and they returned some of my money, again this year I realised they have been deducting since April from my account! I didn't know since I was on leave and now after receiving my payslips I see there's a life insurance I'm paying R583 for! I have decided to report them to the FSB I'm sick of this, I can't keep wasting my airtime on them.

Assupol rep I've sent my documents it's been 6 days now since I sent them but but there had been no reply whatsoever, whereas I was told in the email that was sent to me me that you'll reply in later than 7 days.

Okay, does this mean next month I won't have any deductions from you? What about the money you owe me from last year's deduction? Will it also be included?

I received my money for April - July thanks to your complaint rep Ntebo Moyo, but my May money from last year is still outstanding I sent my payslip for May last year today. Please check your emails. Plus I'm still waiting for my August payslip from my employer. Please make sure there will be no deductions next month and in future.

I sent my May 2017 payslip like 5 days ago and your rep confirmed that he received it but I still haven't received my money from you.

May is outstanding now. Please make sure there's no deduction in my Sept salary. Thanks
