The star is only given because I had no choice,this company is a ****,I went to the branch in Menlyn on the 13th of September 2024 and was told that pay out will be within 48 hours,i buried my mother who was the holder of the cover on the 18th September 2024,I buried my mother on debt I haven't received any update,they don't answer calls,the lady who assisted my mother with the policy has stopped taking my calls,her excuses was that I'm using a different bank account,money will reflect its the 20th and still nothing has been done Assupol is a ****. I will be going to the menlyn branch again today,we can't mourn in peace because people want their money!
