Assupol Funeral cover

Assupol is one of the most *********** company I have ever dealt with.I opened a Funeral policy with them ,they captured everything wrong especially the surnames. I have tried phoning emailing them they don't bother to respond to my emails.Its definitely a ****.I just want to cancel their policy they still don't respond to my emails requesting that.The only thing they sent me was a letter indicating that the policy will increase. They don't care they just a money making scheme.I regret a thousand times of my life.It's Hell!!!
