Assupol Funeral Cover

I took over my sister's policy with assupol. during the whole transaction we accidentally took funeral cover for one of my grannies who had already passed on on the date of taking cover. I have been trying to recover the premiums for a whole year now since I only discovered this error in 2019. After finding out I sent them all the documentation but nothing has come out of the whole exercise.
