ASSUPOL FAILING TO MAKE A PAY OUT FOR FUNERAL CLAIM
I submitted my claim on the 17th December 2024 and till today I haven't received my payout. Every time I call them they tell me they are still busy with the investigations and they promise to call me back which they never did.
My worry is that during funeral arrangements we made debts from people and now they want their money back yet Assupol is sitting there doing investigations which I don't know when will they finalize those investigation.
